Le bombole vengono prodotte su linee automatiche, a partire da pastiglie di alluminio. Le fasi di lavorazione sono: estrusione, lavaggio, verniciatura interna, smaltatura e litografia. Dopo la litografia, la bombola entra nella "conifica", che consente di ottenere la formatura della bocca con un diametro inferiore a quello del corpo. Su questa bocca verrà poi aggraffata la valvola di erogazione.

La bombola monoblocco di alluminio è un imballaggio ideale e sicuro che trova larghissimo impiego:

- nell'industria cosmetica e dei prodotti per la persona, per il confezionamento di profumi, lacche e spume per capelli, deodoranti, schiume da barba;

- nell'industria alimentare, per prodotti quali  le creme dolciarie e la panna;

- nell'industria dei prodotti per la casa, per l'auto, dei coloranti, degli insetticidi, dei prodotti chimici. La bombola monoblocco di alluminio, assolutamente priva di saldature, garantisce:

- perfetta tenuta del corpo cilindrico, con conseguente assenza di perdite di prodotto;

- grande resistenza alla pressione. Le resistenze standard vanno da 12 a 18 atm., ma per particolari impieghi si ottengono resistenze fino a 25 atm. e oltre.

Aerosol cans are produced on automatic lines starting from an aluminium slug. The various stations in the production sequence are: extruding, washing, applying an internal lacquer and printing. After printing the can is transported into a "conifyng" machine that necks the can body down to a standard opening that is suitable for the valve.

The monobloc can is an ideal and safe form of packaging that is widely used:

- in the cosmetic and personale care indusrty for perfumes, hairsprays and hair foams, deodorants and shaving foams;

- in the food industry for products like dairy creams and cream toppings;

- in the household product industry, for car products, dye stuffs, insecticides and chemical products.

The monobloc can, a can with no joins, assures:

- a container that is leak proof due to their being no welds or similar;

- great resistance to internal pressure with typical standards being 12 and 18 bars. For some applications test pressures of 25 bars or more may be required and this can be delivered among the Monobloc System.
